Job Description
Italian speaking Finance role
* Payroll journals posting
* Korea subsidiary TB import and balance sheet recs
* Stripe Recs for subsidiaries
* Italian bookkeeping, importing purchase invoices, importing bank statement, bank recs and Payroll Journal, F24 & IVA submissions
* Balance sheet reconciliation monthly basis UK Ltd, US Inc, Korea & Italian entities
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Supplier payment runs
* Some elements of credit control – if required on ad hoc basis
* Month end close
* IC invoicing/ recharging
* Italian speaking / knowledge of Italian Accounting principals
* Use Xero
* AAT, QBE – minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
* Manage your workload with ad hoc non-financial requests
* Office based in Farnham, Surrey
* Free parking
* Ideally Temp to permBefore You Apply
