Junior Account Manager– Special Events Company (Pershore)
Pershore |Full-time | £26,000–£27,000
Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences? We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMKey Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication
Assist with day-to-day client communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses
Prepare and distribute client presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up materials
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary to the Account ManagerCoordination & Data Management
Maintain accurate CRM data and client account records
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery
Contribute to account reviews and insights for ongoing optimisationAdministrative & Renewal Support
Support contract administration and renewal processes
Help prepare documentation and proposals for account growth opportunities
Track key milestones, deadlines, and client touchpointsMust-Have Skills
Strong communicator (written & verbal)
Organised and detail-oriented
Team player with problem-solving mindset
CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Presentation and reporting basics
1–2 years in customer-facing or support roles
Eager to learn and take initiative
