KS1 Primary Teacher – Coventry (Day to Day & Long-Term Supply)

Location: Coventry
Contract: Day-to-day or long-term supply
Start Date: Immediate or after half term
Pay: £140 – £210 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Primary Teacher to work across primary schools in Coventry on a day-to-day or long-term supply basis.

You will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 1 pupils (ages 5–7), delivering engaging lessons, maintaining excellent classroom management, and supporting pupils’ learning and development. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or those looking to gain supply teaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Deliver high-quality lessons across KS1 subjects in line with the national curriculum.

  * 

    Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

  * 

    Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support learning outcomes.

  * 

    Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.

  * 

    Cover classes as required on a day-to-day or longer-term basis.

Requirements:

  * 

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  * 

    Experience teaching KS1 pupils preferred.

  * 

    Confident in classroom management and lesson delivery.

  * 

    Flexible and adaptable to different school environments.

  * 

    Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
