Travel Consultant – Latin America Specialist
Location: Homeworking (UK – occasional team meetings travel 8x per year)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5.30pm
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 + incentives
We’re looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with a passion for Latin America to join a specialist tour operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home, selling to travel agents and building your expertise in Central and South America.
Role Overview
As a Latin America Travel specialist, you will:
Build and price travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, tours, and ground arrangements
Prepare accurate, appealing quotations for travel agents
Provide expert destination advice to your clients and maintain strong agent relationships
Administer bookings with attention to detail and liaise with suppliers
Drive repeat business through excellent customer service and specialist knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel reservations environment
Specialist knowledge of Latin America (Central & South America)
Friendly, personable and customer-focused
Sales experience within travel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
