What You'll Drive

Act as the technical authority for all things D365 SCM
Own incident, problem, and major escalation management
Lead governance across managed service and delivery partners
Oversee releases, upgrades, and environment readiness
Ensure stability across Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics & Planning
Manage Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Event Grid and more)
Uphold SOX, audit, security, and risk controls
Champion continuous improvement, resilience, and performance

Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 SCM
Background supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms
