Our client, a leading organisation within the retail sector, is seeking to appoint a Learning & Development Partner. This newly created role has been designed to bridge the gap between the strategic priorities of the business and the operational needs of its people, ensuring learning initiatives deliver measurable impact.
The Role

Based on a hybrid model: one day per week at Head Office, with the remainder working from home.

Partnering with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and align development programmes with business strategy.
*
Designing and delivering learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and tailored to operational realities.
*
Supporting succession planning, talent development, and career progression frameworks.
*
Evaluating learning outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
The Candidate
*
Experienced in Learning & Development or HR, with a proven track record of delivering impactful programmes.
*
Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
*
Creative yet pragmatic, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
*
Excellent communication skills and comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment.
*
Passionate about fostering a culture of learning and growth.
