Are you a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping children flourish? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join a warm, inclusive primary school community in Birmingham, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional and special educational needs.
About the Role
In this full-time position, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and deliver small-group support where required. You’ll play a key role in helping children build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning. No two days are the same—this is a highly rewarding role where your support will make a meaningful and lasting difference.

Requirements
Experience supporting children with additional needs (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social/emotional needs)
A positive, patient, and flexible approach
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best
