Learning Support Assistant Location: Birmingham, West Midlands Salary: In line with the national pay scale Contract Type: Full-time Postcode: B34 6BJ Are you a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping children flourish? We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join a warm, inclusive primary school community in Birmingham, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional and special educational needs. About the Role In this full-time position, you will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and deliver small-group support where required. You’ll play a key role in helping children build confidence, independence, and a genuine love of learning. No two days are the same—this is a highly rewarding role where your support will make a meaningful and lasting difference. About the School  You’ll be joining a nurturing and welcoming primary school that places inclusion, creativity, and wellbeing at the centre of everything it does. The staff work collaboratively to ensure every child feels valued, understood, and supported to reach their full potential. You will be part of an experienced, passionate team dedicated to helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
