Job Description
Horizon Teachers are working with Primary school based in Camden, assisting in their search for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis from January 2026 until July 2026, on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a skilled and devoted team, supporting across Key Stages 1 and 2. You'll be working across different year groups, delivering focused 1:1 and small group intervention for pupils with SEND and complex needs, as well as supporting with general learning.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will work alongside teachers and TA's ensuring children are best supported in accordance with their needs.
The school is easily accessible via public transport and has outstanding learning and extracurricular facilities for their pupils.
As a Learning Support Assistant - what do the school require from you?
Experience supporting children in Primary schools
Previous experience supporting children with SEND is a bonus!
A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
