Learning Support Assistant – North London (N9)
 Start Date: January 2026
 Full-time position via Milk Education

Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Milk Education are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school based in the N9 area of North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to start in January 2026, working within a nurturing school environment that prides itself on helping every child reach their full potential.

The Role:

Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with additional learning needs.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

Help to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.

Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a support role.

A calm, caring, and patient approach.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.

Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential).
