Role: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Kew
Salary & Earnings:
Basic Salary: £20,000 to £24,000On Target Earnings (OTE) £45,000+.paid on renewals
Saturdays: Hardly any required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Showcase properties effectively to prospective tenants
* Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
* Strive for the best possible outcome for all parties
* Stay updated with local rental market trends
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Outstanding customer service skills with a client-focused approach
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Good organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of the local rental market (an advantage)
* A valid UK driving license and own vehicle
