Qualified Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 or Level 3

Location: Watford , Hertfordshire
Full-time, Part-time, or Bank Staff Positions Available

 We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join our friendly nursery in Hertfordshire

Requirements

✅ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
 ✅ Experience working in an early years or nursery setting
 ✅ Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willing to apply - DBS cost refunded after 20 days of employment)
 ✅ A genuine passion for childcare, learning, and development
 ✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Your Duties Will Include

Creating a safe, stimulating, and fun environment for children aged 0-5 years

Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Supporting each child's individual development and learning journey

Maintaining accurate observations and key worker records

Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues

Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
