Job Description

About the Role Education Assets is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established nursery in Swinton, Rotherham, for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a caring, professional team who provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish. Key Responsibilities * Plan, deliver, and review engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. * Provide a warm, caring, and supportive environment for all children. * Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development. * Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and team members. * Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times. * Work effectively as part of a motivated, supportive team. Requirements * Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years / Childcare. * Experience working in an early years setting (preferred). * A sound understanding of the EYFS and child development. * Positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills. * Enhanced DBS certificate required or willingness to obtain one before starting.
