Job Description
Are you an experienced Lift Service Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive and forward-thinking team? We’re hiring a skilled and motivated engineer to join a well-established business that values professional growth, teamwork, and high standards of service.
What’s on Offer:

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 DOE, with flexibility for the right candidate
*
Pension: Standard Nest pension scheme (auto-enrolment)
*
Holidays: 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
*
Additional time off for Bank Holidays worked while on-call
*
Vehicle & Equipment: Company van (business use only) and company mobile phone provided
*
On-Call Rota: One week on-call (Friday to Friday), currently around once every six weeks
*
Bonus Scheme: Annual performance reviews with potential for a Christmas bonus, based on individual and company performance

About You:

Experienced in servicing and maintaining lift systems

Strong understanding of health and safety practices

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence required
