Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Logistics Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Manage site logistics and deliveries in line with the construction schedule

  * Supervise vehicle and plant movement on-site

  * Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and delivery teams

  * Maintain a safe and organised site layout

  * Coordinate with crane and lifting teams for all lifting operations

  * Enforce health and safety standards at all times

  * Maintain clear records and delivery documentation

Requirements:

  * Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification

  * Lift Supervisor or Lifting Operations certificate

  * Proven experience in a similar role within construction logistics

  * Strong organisational and communication skills

  * Ability to lead a team and work under pressure

  * Knowledge of health & safety regulations and site procedures

Desirable:

  * First Aid certification

  * Knowledge of logistics planning software or tools
