Logistics Manager – London | Upcoming Projects
We’re currently recruiting experienced Logistics Managers for upcoming multi-phase, new build residential mixed-use & Refurbishment and Fit Out Prtojects in the London area.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate the planning and implementation of all logistics activities on site. you’ll be instrumental in the smooth and safe running of a fast-paced site.
These are direct roles working standard hours: 8am – 6pm.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Logistics Manager
*
Proven experience on either new build muti phase or Refurbishment construction projects
*
Ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*
Strong CV stability and professional references
*
Holds a Black CSCS Card (NVQ Level 6)
*
Valid SMSTS, and First Aid certifications (minimum)
*
Strong understanding of logistics planning, supply chain processes, and construction site operations.
Role will intial
*
Manage site waste disposal in line with environmental legislation
*
Oversee waste management, hoarding, and material handling operations.
*
Implement and improve logistics procedures and site operations.
*
Coordinate closely with site management, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
*
Develop and manage the construction logistics plan, including traffic management, delivery scheduling, and storage areas.
