Job Purpose
The purpose of the Logistics Operator role in a manufacturing setting is to ensure the efficient and accurate flow of materials, components, and finished products throughout the production and supply chain process. This includes receiving and storing raw materials, supplying production lines with required components, managing inventory accuracy, and preparing and dispatching of goods. The Logistics Operator supports manufacturing operations by maintaining a continuous supply of materials, minimizing production downtime, and ensuring all logistics activities comply with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Essential to the Role (must hold at least two of the below)
* FLT B2 licence
* Tractor Licence
* Crane licence
* Container Handler
* LLOP
Desirable
* FLT B1 licence
* FLT B3 licence
* Shunter
* Combi
Skills
* Understand written and verbal instruction.
* Ability to learn new skills.
* FLT and other vehicle driving skills.
Qualities
* Desire to learn and accept new tasks and skills.
* Positive “can do” attitude.
* Reach an ability to work with minimal supervision within a short period of time.
* Ability to form good working relationships with colleagues.
Working Hours:
* 42 hours over a four-day shift pattern working days and nights, which includes two 12-hour days from 6am-6pm, two 12-hour nights from 6pm-6am followed by four rest days.
