Machine Operator - Permanent Role 
 
Elsham, near Brigg 
 
£30,379 + Overtime + Quarterly Bonus 
 
4 on / 4 off shifts (2 days / 2 nights) 
 
We're recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector. 
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with machine operating experience gained within a manufacturing or packaging environment who is looking to develop their skills and train as an Extrusion Operator. What you'll be doing: 
 
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets and quality standards 
Monitoring machine performance and making adjustments where required 
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification 
Loading and handling raw materials in line with production requirements 
Recording production data accurately and maintaining relevant documentation 
Identifying and reporting machine faults or maintenance requirements 
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment 
Working closely with Team Leaders and the wider production team 
Undertaking full training to develop into an Extrusion Operator role 
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality 
 
What we're looking for: 
 
Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment 
A strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes 
An interest in developing a career within extrusion manufacturing 
Good understanding of health & safety and quality standards 
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to specifications 
Reliable, proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills 
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment 
Own transport due to site location
