Line Support Operator – Plastic Manufacturing
📍 Location: Leighton Buzzard
🕒 Shift Pattern: Rotational Days – 6 days on, 3 days off
⏰ Hours: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 (rotating shifts)
💷 Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour + £20 weekly attendance bonus
📅 Contract Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role:
As a Line Support Operator, you'll play a key part in supporting production lines to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term role with a temp-to-perm pathway.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting machine operators and line leaders
*
Loading and unloading materials
*
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation around the production area

Quality checking and packaging of products
*
Adhering to health & safety standards

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred
