At CTE Advanced Technologies, we create high-quality precision components for some of the UK’s leading motorsport and engineering brands. We’re looking for a talented Machine Shop Supervisor to join our friendly team in Aylesbury
What You’ll Do:
* Operate and run our 3 & 5 Axis CNC Mills.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Ensure top-quality output and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with colleagues to solve challenges and improve processes, whilst leading the machining department at CTE.
What We Offer:
* 4-day working week – three-day weekends, every week.
* Competitive pay, above local industry averages.
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata for 4-day week).

What You’ll Bring:
* Experience in precision CNC Milling, including the ability to program using Hypermill.
* Ability to work to tight tolerances.
