Job Description
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well established Facilities and Maintenance business who are looking to hire an experienced building service maintenance engineer to work on a client facing site in the Stratford area within walking distance to overground and tube stations.
The role is a Monday to Friday position 08:00 - 17:00 and you will be carrying out general PPM's through out the site and working closely with the in-house team dealing with all maintenance issue.
Duties:
* General PPM's within common area's of the building
* Emergency light testing
* Fire alarm testing
* Flush tests
* Basic plumbing (blockages, leaks etc)
* Lamping
* AHU's and FCU's
* Fabric works when required
* Escorting sub-contractors
Requirements
* Experience in a maintenance role
* Client facing
* Safe working on electrical systems
* A recognised technical qualification
* 18th Edition (desirable)Before You Apply
