About the Role:
Working closely with the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance through the ongoing coaching and development of your team. Key responsibilities include:
Developing effective planned maintenance strategies to improve reliability and engineering performance.
Ensuring the team responds quickly to unexpected breakdowns, working closely with production to minimise downtime.
Driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and encouraging your team to look for new, more effective ways of working.
Supporting capital projects, CI initiatives, installations, and other initiatives.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.About You
An electrically biased engineer with experience of managing maintenance teams in food manufacturing.
Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and develop a team through coaching and mentoring.
Demonstrable experience of leading improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance, and improving Health & Safety.
A team player, able to collaborate with colleagues in production to deliver business objectives.
Highly organised and adaptable, able to plan and prioritise a busy workload.Why Apply
