Maintenance Plumber – High-End Residential Sites
Location: Belgravia & Victoria, London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Call-Out: None
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join the on-site engineering team supporting Grosvenor Estates across the prestigious squares of Belgravia and Victoria. This is a semi-static role, with all sites within roughly a mile of each other, easily accessible on foot. You’ll work as part of a multi-skilled team covering plumbing and general building services across high-end commercial and residential properties.
This is a well-run, highly regarded contract with an excellent team culture. Multiple engineers have successfully joined since the contract transitioned last year.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
* Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations
* Supporting electrical, mechanical, and fabric teams where required
* Ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality service standards
* Working across premium estate properties within walking distance of each other
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Plumber with commercial experience
* Strong building services/FM background preferred
* Professional, reliable, and happy working across multiple sites
* Good communication and customer-facing skills
* Team-focused with a proactive approach
