Maintenance Surveyor

Leyland, Lancashire

3 months +

£30 ph+ Umbrella/CIS

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Maintenance Surveyor on an initial temporary basis. 

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:

Providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to the companies housing stock and related assets surrounding repairs and maintenance
Conducting ongoing repairs and maintenance surveys and progress reports, and updating information as required
Providing guidance, technical support, and direction when appropriate
Undertaking pre and post inspections
Maintaining in depth knowledge of relevant legislation including UK building regulations
Producing project design, tender and contract documentation 

Requirements of the Maintenance Surveyor:

Previous experience conducting repairs and maintenance surveys
Social housing experience is desirable
