Job Title: Management Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified) Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Wales Salary: up to £31,000 + fantastic benefits package Type: Full Time, Permanent  KM Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading training organisation, who are seeking a Management Assessor to deliver Apprenticeships to learners across Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assessor, or, an individual with strong Leadership and Management experience, who possesses a passion for training and development. Full training and development is provided for trainee candidates. Essential Criteria: Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management. Must have experience within Project Management, OR, hold a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar. Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development. Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable) Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties: Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management and Project Management. Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Literacy, Digital Literacy and Numeracy. Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences. Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment. Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Support, advise and motivate learners. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
