Oversee workflow across CNC, assembly, finishing, and dispatch

Lead and motivate a team of 15-30 skilled staff, including supervisors, joiners, and CNC operators
Ensure machinery uptime, quality standards, and H&S compliance are consistently met
Liaise with design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination
Monitor production costs, efficiency, and waste, providing strategic input for future growthWhat we're looking for:
