Marketing Executive / Permanent/ Watton - salary up to £50k per annum
Position 1 Recruitment are partnering with a well-established manufacturing and engineering company in Watton that is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join their engineering team.
As Marketing Executive, you will lead the execution of the group’s marketing strategy across all channels—digital, print, events, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities of Sales Manager:
* Leading and mentoring the marketing team to deliver creative and strategic marketing projects.
* Developing and executing marketing plans including web design, CRM optimisation, and analytics reporting.
* Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the group to reshape the corporate identity, with a focus on renewables and electrification.
* Driving product awareness through content creation, campaign development, and targeted marketing initiatives.
* Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to inform strategy.
* Creating and managing technical content such as whitepapers and articles in collaboration with engineers.
* Monitoring digital performance metrics (KPIs), analysing web traffic, and reporting regularly on campaign effectiveness.
* Managing social media platforms and ensuring websites are regularly updated with relevant content.
* Overseeing external suppliers and maintaining up-to-date, compliant marketing materials.
Key Skills/ Experience:
* Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong organisational, planning, and project management skills.
* Experience delivering creative campaigns and managing web development projects.
* Excellent understanding of SEO, content strategy, and CRM tools.
* Strong copywriting skills, especially for technical content.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
This is a Monday – Friday role, with a salary package of £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. Please note this role may require international travel.
