Conduct a wide range of vehicle maintenance tasks, including diagnostics, warranty work, and repairs
Complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs accurately and safely, adhering to manufacturer standards
Assist and mentor less experienced technicians, supporting team skill development
Ensure work is completed efficiently within set deadlines, maintaining high safety and quality standards
Uphold manufacturer and company standards for service and repair qualityRequirements of a Master Technician:

Possession of a recognised Master Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Proven experience with complex diagnostics and vehicle servicing across various makes and models
Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to work effectively within a team, prioritising safety and process adherence
