Are you an experienced Teacher of Maths with the ability to inspire and engage students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4?

Do you have the subject knowledge and confidence to teach both Maths and Statistics, including Foundation and Higher tier GCSE classes?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming co-educational independent school in Billericay that educates pupils aged 2 to 16 years. The school is seeking a full-time Teacher of Maths on a permanent basis from September 2026. The successful Teacher of Maths will teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 alongside Statistics at KS4, delivering engaging lessons to set groups and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential through innovative and inclusive teaching approaches.

The successful Teacher of Maths will have:

• QTS and a relevant undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 within the UK
• Experience teaching GCSE Maths across both Foundation and Higher tiers
• Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom practice
• The ability to motivate, engage and inspire learners to achieve success
• A collaborative and inclusive approach, with excellent communication skills
