Location: Crosby, Merseyside
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Crosby area on a full-time basis/4 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a supportive and welcoming school community.
About the Role:
Position: Maths Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
Start Date: 1st September 2025
End Date: July 2026 (with potential to extend)
Type: Full-Time, Secondary School
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm
Additional Duties: Willingness to provide general cover when requiredWhat We're Looking For:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 3 and 4
Strong classroom management skills
A proactive, flexible approach
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeingAdditional Information:
Long-term role from September 2025 to July 2026
Opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract if desired
