We're working with a highly rated, forward-thinking GP surgery in North Oxfordshire that’s looking for a Medical Secretary/Clinical PA to join their friendly, high-performing team.
This is more than an admin job as you'll become the central link between patients, clinicians, and the wider healthcare community. It’s a varied, people-focused role with real purpose.
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing PA support to GPs and clinical teams
* Managing clinical correspondence, referrals, and Subject Access Requests
* Typing letters, coding patient records, and handling workflow in EMIS & Docman
* Liaising with hospitals and other healthcare providers
* Supporting with reporting, document management, and practice communications
