Medical Staffing Co-Ordinator
Requires working knowledge of the 2016 Resident Doctor Contract
Requires working knowledge of rota templates and how they should be built
Coordinate project work associated with reviewing compliant rota templates for Resident/Locally Employed Doctors across 35 different specialities, to establish levels of resilience across all rotas
Assess the compliant rota templates against pre-determined criteria, to develop a RAG rating, and utilise and coordinate intelligence e.g. data from exception reports to support with developing themes, care group.
Where there are needs identified as part of the RAG rating
Link with Care Groups to support conversations around exploration of options e.g. revision of shift timings, rota participants etc, to ensure best supporting the service, patients and the Health, Wellbeing and training of our Medical Workforce
