MET / Trim Technician

Independent Bodyshop - Chorley 

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced MET/Trim Technician for their busy bodyshop in Chorley.

Salary: £40k Basic, £46k OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible working hours within reason)
Overtime available on Saturdays

Responsibilities as an MET Technician include, but are not limited to:
* Carry out full vehicle MET Technician work, stripping and re-fitting components to vehicles
* Keep all company tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition
* Keep good time management and organisation
* Keep up to date with product developments and industry standards

Candidates will ideally have:

You will have previous automotive experience in the mechanical, electrical or trim field.
You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or ATA qualified with a solid bodyshop background as a MET technician or service technician within a retailer; body repairer or crash repair centre.
