Job Description

Our Motor Trade Client is a nationwide accident repair centre based in Newport and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.

Benefits:

Starting hourly rate of up to £23 per hour, plus a time efficiency-based bonus scheme! 
Access to a weekly, generous, uncapped time-saving bonus scheme providing an on-target earnings of around £55-60,000 per annum.
£5,000 joining bonus split over initial 12-month employment period. 
Overtime, subject to availability, paid additionally.
23 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays and your birthday off work.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday only!Typical duties:

Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role.
To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
Communicating effectively with other team members
Carry out quality controlsRequirements:

Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
ATA qualification would be beneficial
Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centreFor your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £47,840 with OTE circa of £60,000.
