MIG Welder - Days

Pertemps Burton are currently recruiting for a Welder to join an exciting company based in Swadlincote. 

Welder Role: 
Monday to Friday
6am-3:30pm 
Pension scheme
Pay Rate - £14-15 per hour
Based in Swadlincote
Temp to Perm 
Free parking
Immediate site visits / start available

Welder Duties:

Fabricate new metal components in accordance with product requirements 
Repair metal components in order to restore full functionality and safety performance.
Solve problems and develop innovative solutions to novel situations
Maintain tools and equipment to a professional standard
Coordinate workflow with other members of the team
Execute particular welds in a professional manner, examine work pieces for defects
Work independently or with a small team of other welders to complete large and complex projects. 
Welder Candidate: 
Has proven experience as a Production Welder.
Is proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
Can read and interpret technical drawings.
Has a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Is good with communication and teamwork skills.
Has basic Math and English skills
No formal qualifications are required; however applicants must have minimum 1 year experience in MIG welding
