Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Andover & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 + Van & Fuel Card + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a leading building services and facilities maintenance provider. The role will involve carrying out service, maintenance, and repair work on a range of air conditioning systems across commercial and industrial sites in Andover and the surrounding areas.

This is a mobile role offering a competitive salary, a company van, and excellent earning potential through overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  * 

    Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on all types of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.)

  * 

    Carry out reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

  * 

    Diagnose faults and replace defective parts as required

  * 

    Ensure all works comply with health & safety and F-Gas regulations

  * 

    Complete service sheets, reports, and compliance documentation accurately

  * 

    Liaise professionally with clients and site staff to ensure high-quality service delivery

  * 

    Travel to multiple client sites as part of a mobile engineering team

Skills & Experience Required:

  * 

    Recognised air conditioning qualification (NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds equivalent)

  * 

    F-Gas Category 1 certification – essential

  * 

    Proven experience in A/C maintenance and fault-finding within commercial environments

  * 

    Good understanding of HVAC systems and controls

  * 

    Full UK driving licence

  * 

    Excellent communication and customer service skills
