Job Description

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - £48,000 + Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking to work across a varied portfolio of commercial office and retail environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and minor installations on a wide range of air conditioning and HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Carry out scheduled PPM visits in accordance with contract requirements.

  * Attend and complete reactive maintenance call-outs within agreed service levels.

  * Diagnose faults and undertake repairs on air conditioning and ventilation systems.

  * Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and efficiently.

  * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  * Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives.

  * Identify and report remedial works and opportunities for system improvements.

Candidates should have experience working on some or all of the following equipment:

  * Split Air Conditioning Systems

  * Multi-Split Air Conditioning Systems

  * VRV/VRF Systems

  * DX Cooling Systems

  * Packaged Air Conditioning Units

  * Rooftop Units (RTUs)

  * Air Handling Units (AHUs)

  * Fan Coil Units (FCUs)

  * Chilled Water Fan Coil Systems

  * Close Control / Precision Cooling Units

  * Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Units

  * Heat Pump Systems

  * Ventilation Systems

  * Extract and Supply Fans

  * Fresh Air Handling Systems

  * Air Curtains

  * Refrigeration Pipework and Associated Components

  * Controls and BMS Interfaces related to HVAC equipment

Requirements

  * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.

  * Valid F-Gas Certification.

  * Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair.

  * Full UK Driving Licence.
