Mobile Electrical Engineer - Up to £44,000 + Van (Personal Use) - North London and Surrounding Areas
We're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, managing a dynamic commercial portfolio across North London and surrounding areas.

The Role:
As a Mobile Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites. You'll work with a trusted and reputable provider known for excellence in facilities services.
What You'll Be Doing:
Conducting PPMs, reactive tasks, and remedial works
Handling AHUs, FCUs, and general HVAC systems
Managing both electrical and some mechanical maintenance
Maintaining compliance and documentation for audits
Upholding high health and safety standardsWhat's On Offer:
Up to £44,000 basic salary
Van and fuel card provided - personal use included
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure)
Tools, uniform, and PPE provided
Ongoing professional development
Overtime opportunities with enhanced pay ratesWhat You'll Need:
City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation, or time-served experience
17th or 18th Edition certification (essential)
4+ years' experience in commercial building maintenance
