Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile PPM Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join a growing maintenance business who work within the facilities sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established building services company, working across a portfolio of commercial properties in London and some parts of Surrey.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and minor reactive works across a range of commercial sites. With a strong electrical background, you’ll ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine PPM tasks on electrical and basic mechanical systems (e.g. lighting, emergency lighting, distribution boards, fire alarms, etc.)
*
Flushing
*
Lamping
*
Filter changing
*
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial environments
*
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance works as required
*
Complete detailed job reports via smartphone
*
Maintain a high standard of health & safety and compliance at all times
*
Liaise professionally with clients and site contacts
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
*
Previous experience in a mobile PPM role within commercial building services
*
Good understanding of general building services systems
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
Excellent communication and time management skills
