Mobile Fabric Engineer / Handyman – West London & South London
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum company van
Hours: Full time, permanent
Location: One position in West London and one in South London
About the role:
We are looking for two reliable and experienced Mobile Fabric Engineers / Handymen to join our team – one covering West London and one covering South London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general building maintenance or fabric repair experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. You will be working across a range of sites carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and general building fabric duties.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out general building fabric maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned preventative works
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials in good order
Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts to ensure a professional service at all times
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a building maintenance or fabric engineer / handyman role
Good practical skills across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance
A full, clean manual UK driving licence – essential
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload
Good customer service and communication skills
What’s on offer:
