Multi-Skilled Electrician (Mobile) – Cardiff & Bristol
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + overtime + call-out allowance
Call-out Rota: 1 in 6 (typical)
Location: Mobile across Cardiff and Bristol
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Electrician to join our mobile maintenance team, providing high-quality service and support across commercial sites in the Cardiff and Bristol areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities
*
Deliver PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial buildings.
*
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems, lighting, and small power.
*
Undertake minor installation and project works as required.
*
Carry out basic mechanical and building fabric repairs when needed.
*
Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety standards.
*
Participate in the call-out rota to provide emergency cover when required.
Requirements
*
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
*
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (essential).
*
Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) preferred.
*
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.
*
Multi-skilled background (basic plumbing, mechanical, or fabric work desirable).
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
