Job Description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected facilities management company seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Mobile Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team working across a variety of commercial properties throughout the Midlands/Southern Region. You'll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance, with a focus on HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.
Job details:
  * Perform reactive and emergency maintenance across multiple sites within the region, completing all required documentation accurately.
  * Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring all reports and service records are up to date.
  * Diagnose and repair faults on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, demonstrating strong technical and problem-solving skills.
  * Undertake additional or ad-hoc tasks as directed to support business and client requirements.
  * Participate in the out-of-hours / on-call rota (1 in 14).
Qualifications/Experience:
  * Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial building maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and installations.
  * Strong understanding of commercial heating systems; unvented hot water experience advantageous.
  * Good working knowledge of plumbing, controls, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  * Competent in basic electrical safety and safe working practices.
  * 18th Edition certification (preferred).
  * Excellent fault-finding ability and capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  * Organised and detail-oriented, able to complete paperwork promptly and accurately.
What’s on offer:
  * Salary: £40,000
  * Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
  * Holiday allowance - 31 days (inc statutory)
