Multi-Skilled Operative – Social Housing
 Location: Kingston
 Salary: £23.79  Van & Fuel
 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
 Contract: Temp
 Call-Out Rota: Required

Build Recruitment are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative for a long-term social housing contract covering the Kingston area.

Role OverviewYou will be responsible for carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties, working on a variety of trades in occupied homes.

Key Duties
Carpentry repairs (doors, locks, frames, kitchens)

Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, traps)

Patch plastering and minor tiling

Painting and decorating touch-ups

General maintenance and repairs

Identifying additional repair works

Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled / Multi-Trade Operative

Experience working in domestic or social housing properties

Good all-round trade skills

Full UK driving licence
