NEC 4 Supervisor Opportunity - Interim Contract

We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a skilled NEC 4 Supervisor to join our client for an impactful infrastructure project in Manchester, United Kingdom. This is a contract-based role where you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of a transformative travel hub expansion. Our client is focused on delivering high-quality projects that improve accessibility and sustainability, and you will be working with a forward-thinking, dedicated team, ensuring excellence at every phase of the project's lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

NEC4 Supervision: Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to NEC4 standards and practices.
Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure project outcomes meet client expectations.
Defect Management: Monitor and address any defects identified during the project lifecycle to ensure smooth delivery.
Site Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee construction aligns with design and regulatory requirements.
Risk & Programme Reviews: Assess project risks and ensure the programme aligns with strategic goals.
Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports for effective project tracking and management.
Adherence to TfGM Standards: Ensure compliance with Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) guidelines and specifications.
Duration: 12-18 months
