Job Purpose
To supervise night shift Fulfilment operations.
Salary: starts at £33,000 during probation, if successful, it'll be from £34,000 - £36,000.
This position is in the Distribution Department.
Main accountabilities:
Operations & Fulfilment
* To manage night shift operations covering all aspects of working functions
* General warehouse operations including Intake, Retail Fulfilment, Direct Fulfilment
* Cycle counts
* Rebalancing and recalls
* Co-ordinate pick face replenishment.
* Preparing day shift workload
* Liaise with Administration regarding stock related issues.
* Team development.
* Control of payroll and systems administration
* Comply with company guidelines
* Housekeeping
* Ensure DC security at all times
* Understanding of Navision processes.
* Qlikview KPI awareness
General
* As member of the DC leadership team contribute to the efficient running of the operation in all areas.
* Ensure security at all times.
* Ensure H&S policies are adhered to at all times.
* Warehouse housekeeping.
Experience required:
* Warehouse operations
* Direct Fulfilment Operations
* Administration
* Systems – Navision, Qlikview
Skills required:
