Job Description

Acer Recruitment are working alongside an Nursery in the borough of Croydon, who are seeking a passionate experienced Deputy Manager with level 3 or above to work on a Permanent basis.

The role is working either of the following:

Monday - Friday on fixed shifts of 07:15 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 18:45 (45 hours per week). Candidate will on occasion be required to work earlies to lates 07:15 – 18:45 to cover staff sickness / holiday and overtime will be paid in this instance.

Working 4 days per week with shifts of 07:15 - 18:45 (42 hours per week)

51 weeks of the year (closed for a week between Christmas and New Year)

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

  * Positive attitude, passion and enthusiam

  * Experience within the childcare sector and willingness to learn

  * Level 3 qualification in Childcare or above

  * Clear Enchanced DBS

  * Ability to work on your own intiative or part of team.
