Nursery Deputy Manager (office-based)
Location: Wimbledon
Hours: 40 hours per week, worked over 4 days (7:30am–6:30pm)
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our welcoming, 40–50 place nursery rated “Good” by Ofsted
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and supporting the continued success of our nursery. Experienced Room Leaders looking to progress are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Bring:

Strong experience working in an early years setting

A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification

Excellent understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding

Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
