About the Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities across the EYFS
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
* Observe, record and reflect on each child’s progress
* Promote independence, curiosity and confidence in every child
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification (Essential)
* Passionate about early childhood education
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and child development
