Job Description
Staff for Education are working in partnership with a local Nursery in the Sutton-In-Ashfield area and we are recruiting for a fantastic Nursery Teaching Assistant. This is a part-time, 3 days a week position until December 2025.
As a Nursery Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing a happy, stimulating environment for children
• Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
• Following daily schedules that include activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
• Observe, record and report behaviour
• Changing and feeding babies
• Ensuring safety of children
To be successful for the role, you will:
• Have experience working within a nursery environment
• Have a recognised Nursery Assistant Qualification
• Have a passion for working with young people and enhancing their learning
