Nurture Group Leader - Brent (NW10) | Full-Time | ASAP Start

Reeson Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in North West London that is looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to take the next step as a Nurture Group Leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's social and emotional development and committed to helping every child reach their full potential within a caring and ambitious school community.

Key Responsibilities of this Nurture Group Leader Role:

Support KS1 pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in small, focused nurture groups.

Create a calm, structured, and safe environment where children can build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships.

Plan and deliver engaging activities designed to develop emotional literacy, communication, and social skills.

Work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement and review individual support plans.

Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure consistent support at home and school.

Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using nurturing and restorative approaches.
