We're partnering with a market-leading, clinically led wellbeing provider experiencing exceptional growth across the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a highly supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Role
You'll deliver high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees and employers with expert, practical advice to promote wellbeing and sustainable return to work.
Key Responsibilities include:
Conducting 5 OH assessments per day
Producing clear, concise fitness-for-work reports within SLA
Managing a range of case types including:
Management referrals
Active care referrals
Work health assessments
Advice calls and follow-ups
Providing guidance to employers on rehabilitation and absence management
Supporting clinical input for client relationships and new business where needed
Ensuring compliance with KPIs, ISO and SQOHS standards
Participating in team meetings and ongoing knowledge sharing
About You
Qualified in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
Registered with the NMC (ideally Part 3)
Current experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
Strong report writing and communication skills
Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven environment
Proactive, organised and confident managing your own workload
